Appropriate the amount for applicable taxes, covering loss carried forward, followed by the appropiration of 10% as retained earnings, 20% as special reserve, and any other amount as required by law. The Board shall propose for the distribution of dividend to shareholders. The amount of the distribution earnings net of the retained earnings shall not fall below 10% of the distribution amount. According to the capital budget of the Company, the payout of stock dividend is for retaining necessary capital and the reminder can be paid as cash dividend. Cash dividend shall not fall below 10% of the total dividend.
