Company History

1984    Company officially founded, originally named '' Hsin-Ho-Mei Fructose Co.,Ltd '' with initial capital of NTD15 million.
              Established technical joint venture with Mie-Karyo Kabushiki Kaisha Japan to install fructose and maltose production
              lines with daily capacity of 75 tons each.

1991    Increased capital NTD39.6 million through profit transfer and capital superannuation with total capital reaching NTD237.6 million.

1992    Increased capital NTD47.25 million through profit transfer and capital superannuation, NTD39.88 million through cash with the
              total capital reaching NTD325 million. Launched biotechnology product Iso-Malto-Oligo-Saccharides.     

1994    Awarded GMP Food Certificate by the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

1996    Increased capital NTD32.5 million through capital superannuation and NTD18.5
               million through cash with the total capital reaching NTD376 million.
               Launched biotechnology product Galacto-Oligo-Saccharides.

1997    Launched Super High Maltose Syrup. Optimized process flow and expanded daily capacity up to 200 tons in Taiwan.

1998    Increased investment scale to respond to industrial technology advancement and globalization.

2000    Ratified by the Securities and Commission Ministry of Finance as an OTC-listed company.

2001    ISO 9001 (Year 2000) certified and led to HACCP Safe & Danger of Food Analysis & Control.

2002    A series of Maltodextrin Products introduced. Planned to invest a starch syrup plant in Malaysia. Total capital reached NTD 512 millions.
              Improved manufacturing process and expanded daily capacity up to 260 tons in Taiwan.

2004    A series of Non-Dairy Creamer Products introduced.

2008    Biotechnology product malto-oligosaccharide introduced, the starch syrup plant began operating in Malaysia.
               Increased capital total to NTD 1193 million.

2009    Invested in Taiwan Fructose(THAI) CO.,LTD.

2010    ISO 22000 and HACCP system certified.

2013    Invested in Taiwan Fructose(PHILIPPINES) CO., LTD.

2014    HALAL system certified.

2016    FSSC22000 certified.

2018    Passed FSSC 22000 (Version 4.1)

2019    Passed Kosher certification
